Providing innovative, rewarding and inspiring projects for young offenders, GoldDust offers an opportunity to develop life skills, re-engage young people in learning and reduce the risk of reoffending.

• We can set up bespoke projects for young people to support their transition through employment, education and adulthood.

• We target those who are at risk or not in education, training or employment.

• We provide a transition to employment by using the arts to channel energy, ideas and involvement.

Young people need a voice and, like all of us, want to contribute to the world around us. Our projects empower youths through trust and by nurturing their innate creativity.

We can brainstorm with you to discuss support issues and develop the best creative solutions to suit your needs.

Youth Offending & Prisons Heading

We believe that creative participation can transform lives and reduce the risk of reoffending. GoldDust can provide programmes for offenders whether they are at risk, serving prison or community-based sentences or have just been released from custody.

We encourage participants within the prison service to engage in projects that enable their learning and encourage them to reflect on the decisions which have shaped their lives. We tailor projects with different art forms to suit the requirements of each project. Our outcomes are measured within the Home Office pathways for reducing reoffending. We can work with prisoners to develop:

• Self-confidence

• Literacy and communication skills

• Teamwork and presentation skills

• Creativity and involvement in the arts

• Personal and social skills
